What is Vestibular Therapy?
Vestibular therapy is an exercise-based treatment that specializes in determining and alleviating the primary and secondary causes of inner ear disorders that lead to dizziness and problems with balance. Exercises are designed to improve the function of the sensory systems, including the inner ear, to reduce dizziness and return to normal activities without symptoms. Each patient has a specific, specialized plan of care tailored to treat their symptoms and needs.
